Hi all. I am a 32 year old male who is quite tall, well fit and comfortable. I was prescribed Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) for fertility issues and have been struggling for some time with it. I went through some tests that found Clomid was not causing any abnormalities. It's been causing me anxiety for the past 2 months and my hormones are so low I don't even think about doing anything and it's a long way from being a success. I am currently in hospital with a scan and will post here on my Facebook page. I am a newbie with an IVF and am concerned about the long-term implications of the medication. My primary care doctor said she wanted me to have Clomid but she did not want me to take it. I do not have any fertility issues but I'm hoping she can help me with a referral. I would really appreciate any input on how I can improve my chances of getting pregnant. Thanks so much
I just had a scan with a scan that came back negative but it gave me no information about the issue. I am now on the last day of a fertility clinic in the USA and have been trying for 3 days to get my IVF to work but it has not helped. I am currently on Clomid for 2 weeks and am worried about it so if anyone has had any tips that could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you for any input you can provide me. I am 32 yrs old and just want to share. I have been on for about 2 weeks, just waiting for my IVF to start to work, and have not seen anything since. I feel like I'm not being tested enough for anything else. I am on Clomid for a month now so there is no difference to me and I am not worried about having side effects. I will definitely be doing this and hope to see more success with it. Thanks again
My PCOS is very similar to the I have had before. I am now taking clomid for a period of about 2 months. My husband and I are currently trying to conceive. He has gone through IVF and has been having problems with his libido, but has not taken any tests since. I have not had any success with any other tests or injections or anything.
I have done a lot of tests and I am finding no evidence that Clomid has anything to do with fertility or fertility issues, or that it is causing anything. I do not have any issues with my libido but it is causing me anxiety. I would not have been able to have a baby if I had been taking it. My husband also has very low sex drive and has not had any of these issues since taking the medication. It is not the same thing and I do not know if it is going to work or not. I am still feeling very anxious and nervous.
I would really appreciate any advice you can give me. I am also very concerned about the long-term implications of the medication. I will definitely be taking Clomid and looking into other things. Thanks again.
